Eat More Often To Loose Weight

Are you overweight? More and more people are today it seems like everyone is looking for a quick and easy way to shed a few pounds. Most people who have fast success with diets and other quick fixes soon add the weight they loose, if not more. What I discovered isnt a diet, it's a change of life style and it's called the three hour diet.

The three hour diet shows you it's not what you eat, or how much you eat, but it's how often you eat. By eating within the first hour of waking up and every three hours there after, your bodies metabolism begins to speed up. This simple process along with, some healthy eating choices and by watching your calories (around 2000 a day), you will begin feeling better and looking better. If you include a few minutes of exercise into your day, it will help speed up the process and increases your energy level as well.

Also, drink lots of water, 8 to 10 cups a day and even more if you drink coffee. For every cup of coffee you drink, have 2 more cups of water. A healthy alternative to coffee is Green Tea, which increases your metabolism among many other healthy benefits.
